Dartfish Training Session - Cancelled
The MCSLA had to cancel the Dartfish training session that was planned for November 21 due to lack of registrations.  Another one will likely be held in the spring - please watch this website for further details.
Coaching Development Survey

  Children's Fitness Tax Credit

The Government of Canada is allowing, starting in 2007, a non-refundable tax credit on eligible amounts of up to $500 paid by parents to register a child (under the age of 16) in an eligible program of physical activity.  Information about the proposed tax credit for organizations and clubs providing programs and potential receipts can be found by clicking here.  A checklist to help you determine whether a program should qualify for purposes of the proposed children's fitness tax credit can be found by clicking here.   Information about the proposed tax credit for parents can be found by clicking here.  Specific inquiries can be directed to Canada Revenue Agency at 1-800-387-1193.
